Erdei has been afull-time university lecturer at Corvinus in Budapest since March 1996. Until2002 he worked as an assistant professor at the Department of English and thenas an associate professor. From 2003 to 2004 he held the position of Head ofDepartment of English Language at BCE and Deputy Director of the Centre forSpecialised Language Studies in Economics. Since 2004, he has been the Directorof the Corvinus Language Examination Centre and teaching advanced English forInternational Relations. The stated recognised and nationally uniqueInternational Relations Specialisation Exam (2009) and the Corvinus GeneralExam (2013) were accredited under his control and professionalmanagement.
The a wide and variedrange of tasks of management of the Language Examination Centre includes theorganisation and conduct of language examinations in accordance with thelanguage proficiency standards and the Common European Framework of Reference,the professional management and supervision of the national network ofexamination centres, the continuous professional training of hundreds ofaccredited language examiners and, of course, providing the highest level ofservice to our thousands of exam takers each year.
