Dr Kristóf Lehmann, PhD, MBA is an associate professor of Corvinus University of Budapest (CORVINUS) and director of Directorate for International monetary policy analysis and training of economic sciences. He gained his PhD within the confines of International Relations Multidisciplinary programme at CORVINUS and his MBA degree from the Maastricht School of Management (MSM) – SEED Business School. Kristóf started his career at Hungarian Development Bank, then he had worked on macroeconomic analyses for DZ Bank from 2008. Kristóf has been working at Central Bank of Hungary (Magyar Nemzeti Bank) since 2011, he was the head of the Monetary strategy department between 2014 – 2019 and he became a director responsible for International monetary policy analysis and training of economic sciences in 2019. He is member of the International Relations Committee of the European Central Bank. Kristóf was head of the CORVINUS MNB Department between 2017 – 2020, and now he is director of CORVINUS Institute of MNB. since 2020.
