In line with the government measures, the Presidential Board of Corvinus University of Budapest has taken new measures to mitigate the infection risks of the coronavirus pandemic. We ask the University Citizens to help to protect effectively against the epidemic and to avoid unnecessary risks by behaving responsibly and setting a personal example. When entering the building, wearing face masks is not mandatory. A 2021/2022. to start the school year, based on a sectoral recommendation issued by the State Secretariat for Higher Education, Innovation and Vocational Training, from 6 September 2021, the body temperature of the entrants will be checked again with a thermal camera at the entrance to the educational buildings.
In the 2021/2022 academic year, student administration will be conducted mainly in person, in the new Infodesk, in line with the present education. For information on how to do this in person and/or online, please go to International and Administrative Student Services menu point.
Electronic administration by university e-mail address only
Electronic administration can only be initiated from the Student Services e-mail address név@stud.uni-corvinus.hu, the e-mail addresses for each group of cases can be found on the university website under the International and Administrative Student Services menu point menu point
Tutor administration can also only be contacted from an official university e-mail address, if a question or request is received from another e-mail address, it will not be checked by Student Services.
The University’s sports facilities will be open, but apart from PE lessons, they may be used with immunity cards or certificates only (electronic or physical).
Residents may receive visitors every day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Only a residents with a immunity sertficate card can receive maximum 1 person with a security card at a time.
University events and social gatherings requiring personal presence may still be organised in accordance with the national rules and the rules on the organisation of university events [Chancellor’s Instruction No. 6/2018 (21 March)], but for all non-educational events with more than 30 participants, personal attendance is only possible with an immunity certificate or attestation (electronic or physically produced).
Digitised administrative interfaces for e-mail or other electronic communication, approval and commitment are still available. E.g. all procurement requests can be initiated electronically (Power Apps application, via the ZEBRA University Purchasing and Warehouse Management Application, by e-mail, or travels in the Travel system), and we will also waive the use of the contract cover sheet.
