Our Erasmus+ project entitled PRALINE – Peer Review in Adult Learning to Improve Formal and Non-formal Education is about to come to an end. On this occasion we are organizing a conference that involves national and international experts to provide an overview of new initiatives and inspirational good practices in the field.

The aim of the project PRALINE has been to develop innovative and sustainable initiatives and activities for organizations involved in formal and non-formal adult learning/training that can support the quality assurance of training programmes conducted by these organizations. PRALINE emphasizes the importance of developing a culture of quality, and to this end provides a “user-friendly” tool that are informed by a new kind of attitude and new way of thinking: the European Peer Review method. Project partners have already completed the following tasks:

- training of adult learning experts and instructors to use the new methodology developed in PRALINE;
- piloting Peer Reviews; and based on the feedback provided by the participants in the pilot
- reviewing and adjusting the Peer Review methodology.

Our aim is to expand this conference into an opportunity for professionals involved in adult learning and quality assurance to exchange their ideas and share their opinion and experience with regards to the most important challenges and opportunities that characterize the field of adult learning in Hungary today. Thus the programme of the conference is structured to make room – in addition to presenting the results of the project PRALINE and their potential adaptation within the context of formal and non-formal training in Hungary – to discuss the most important issues pertaining to adult learning.

To participate in the conference, please fill in the registration form before February 28, 2017
