Hungary in Europe

Hungary is a member state of the European Union, located in the Central-Eastern European region. Our country is especially rich in cultural, historical and natural values and has unique and beautiful landscapes. Hungary offers endless freetime activities, world class education and good price to value ratio, so Hungary is 100% student-friendly.

For the younger generations, some of the favourite Hungarian travel destinations are:

  • Lake Balaton - a large, fresh water lake situated only an hour away from the capital
  • Sziget festival - the most popular Central European summer music festival with line-ups consisting of the biggest, global, mainstream artists

In Hungary there are no distances. By public transport or carpooling you can easily explore the whole country, and discount airlines offer cheap flights to many other European cities to help you accomplish your bucket list.
