CEEPUS
The legal basis for CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Program for University Studies) is an international Agreement signed by the member states and open for accession.
The main activity of CEEPUS is university networks operating joint programmes ideally leading to Joint Degrees, esp. Joint Doctoral Programmes. CEEPUS covers mobility grants for students and teachers in this framework.
CEEPUS
- promotes academic mobility in Central Europe by introducing a multilateral dimension,
- promotes complete programmes and networks,
- provides the necessary infrastructure, stress specific features typical of the region thus,
- contributes to European integration.
The CEEPUS countries cover the costs of the programme. Each country covers the costs of incoming students and teachers.
