Full paper submission by 20 November
For oral and poster presenters: full papers sould be submitted to the organizers by 20 November, 2011.
All the submitted papers will be published in a CD. The best papers will be published in a book.
Please, use the full paper template as an instruction set and as a template into which you can simply type your own text. Download the template in DOC and in PDF.
Guidelines to CV-template
We intend to publish a conference guide book and this will contain brief introductions and photos of the lecturers. Please submit these by 12 October.
Please find the template that shows the content and format of the expected inputs here (PDF or DOC) and follow the guidelines in the text.

Guidelines for Paper Presenters
ROOM EQUIPMENT
All of the session rooms are equipped with computers and beamers available for presenters to use. Therefore, we kindly ask you to bring your presentation as a ppt file.
ORAL PRESENTATION
The length of the presentations is 15 minutes.
In each session (except Food Science) after the session presentations there will be a round table discussion led by the session chairs with a length of 90 minutes.
In the sessions presenters of oral papers have the possibility to bring their power-point presentations in handouts and distribute them among the participants.
Guidelines for Poster Presenters
There will be one poster session for all poster presenters that is planned on the second day of the conference (13.30 – 14.00 on Friday, 11 November, Main Hall, Ground floor).
Poster authors are kindly asked to be present during the Poster Session in order to answer any arising questions.
Poster authors are welcome to bring handouts to distribute among the viewers.
Official poster size is A0, vertical (841 x 1189 mm). Details are here. Posters will be displayed on appropriate panels. Posters can be affixed with pins or Blu-Tack.
You can find templates to make your poster. If your poster belongs to Sustainability, please use this template. If your poster belongs to one of the other four sessions, please use that template.
Attention for Sustainability poster presenters: in addition to the Poster Session (11 November 13:30 - 14:00, Main Hall) you will get another five minutes in the Roundtable and Poster Discussion of the Sustainability Session to present your poster! Please check the date in the programme and bring your poster electronically with you into the Session room in order to display it (your poster paper remains displayed in the Main Hall!)
Please be informed that fixing material and assisting staff will be available at the conference. Please note that posters have to be mounted by the author between 16:00 and 19:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 9 November or before 9:00 a.m. on Thursday 10 Nov.
Posters that are not removed by the authors, will automatically be discarded.
